The project addresses discrimination in Greece, focusing on female and young Roma and Muslim immigrants in the labour market. Using both qualitative and quantitative research, it documents current attitudes and levels of discrimination, while identifying good practices and promoting equal treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A central question the project investigates is whether entrepreneurship can serve as a viable pathway for these groups to enter the labour market and overcome discrimination. It also works to bridge the gap between public authorities and affected communities, and raises awareness among a broad range of stakeholders \u2014 including NGOs, employers, and local authorities \u2014 through targeted campaigns and information dissemination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
